Technical Salesforce Architect (Contract)

Are you an experienced Technical Salesforce Architect with a knack for innovative, hands-on solutions? My Dublin-based client is seeking a dynamic architect to lead technical strategy, drive complex integrations, and deliver robust Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Architect & Design Solutions: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of scalable Salesforce solutions, implementing best practices and innovative strategies.
Hands-on Development & Configuration: Actively participate in coding, configuration, and troubleshooting as needed to deliver high-quality, functional solutions.
Integration Expertise: Oversee complex integrations with external systems using APIs (REST, SOAP) and middleware solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and guide project direction.
Technical Leadership: Serve as the go-to expert on Salesforce architecture, mentoring development teams and ensuring adherence to technical standards.
Performance Optimization: Evaluate, diagnose, and optimize the performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 3 years as a Technical Architect.
Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect or System Architect) preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and strong knowledge of integration architecture patterns.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Communication: Excellent ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
