Whilst you will be employed by Field Sales Solutions, you will be assigned to work for one of our largest clients Ferrero. Ferrero is a rapidly expanding FMCG that encompasses iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, and Thornton’s!

Territory: Dublin / North East Leinster
What you will be doing as our Regional Sales Manager?
1. Leading, training, and motivating a team of up to 13 Field Executives to drive visibility and sales of our clients’ products within the nominated outlets across a region.
2. Developing & maintaining performance standards through on-going training, motivation, and evaluation. Spending a minimum of 1 day with each team member every 4 weeks.
3. Completing instore audits every 8 weeks per FE to ensure standards are maintained.
4. Reviewing results and call data as necessary to ensure delivery of each KPI.
5. Planning & delivering motivational monthly team briefing and training meetings.
6. Reporting to Ireland Channel Director in respect of team performance.
7. Budget management.
What will you need to become our Regional Sales Manager?
8. Strong communication, negotiation & influencing skills.
9. Ability to think strategically & analyse data.
10. Knowledge of grocery and convenience retail sector.
11. Previous People Management Experience.
12. Proven record of demonstrating initiative & delivering results.
13. Demonstrable commercial acumen.
14. Willing to stay away.
15. Clean driving licence.
