Materials Program Coordinator eFlexes is partnering with a well-established aviation company in Shannon, Co. Clare, to recruit a Materials Program Coordinator. This is an exciting permanent role offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the aviation sector. Role Overview As a Materials Program Coordinator (MPC), you will play a critical role in managing in-house material programs and processes, ensuring operational targets are consistently achieved. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support material program delivery, manage exchange programs, and oversee IT-based sales platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and nurture new leads. Contribute to the development of material programs. Present updates and proposals to the management team. Serve as the main point of contact for material programs and related processes. Oversee internal orders and stock levels to meet program requirements. Purchase stock for ongoing and new programs. Handle Requests for Quotes (RFQs). Manage stock visibility on industry platforms. Provide input into forecasting processes. Review metrics and collaborate on process improvements with the manager. Assist managers with specific projects and ad-hoc tasks. Candidate Profile Qualifications: BSc/MS in a business-related field or equivalent experience. Skills & Attributes: Motivation: Self-driven and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills. Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to program needs. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with MRP systems is advantageous. Teamwork: A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
