Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years expereince in a similar role.
Core Duties:
1. Administration to support all areas of HR function including; talent acquisition, reward & recognition, performance management, employee engagement & relations and learning & development.
2. Talent Acquisition: advertising vacant positions on recruitment platforms/ social media and with designated recruitment companies, ensuring a shortlist of applications by hiring managers for each position in a timely manner, managing the interview process engaging with all candidates pre and post interview.
3. Maintaining personnel records and updating our internal HR database, the issuing of HR documentation in a timely manner e.g. the drafting of offer letters, sending/ return of contracts of employment, appointment or role change letters, updating employee details to our HR system.
4. Support the on-boarding & induction of staff, monitoring & documenting staff probationary periods by liaising in a timely manner with managers.
5. Co-ordinate exit interviews for any permanent members of staff should they arise.
6. Assist with the co-ordination and administration of the Internship Programme
7. Assist with the co-ordination and administration of the company performance management system, 121 meetings, mid-year reviews, follow up reports documenting resulting actions.
8. Identify and bring continuous improvements to our internal HR system TMS and to our existing HR processes & HR metric reports.
9. Liaising with department managers, draft and ensure timely delivery of internal staff communications
10. Ensure compliance with employment law practices in all jurisdictions and championing HR best practice across the group.
11. Administration in support of CPD courses for staff - external training.
12. Support the HR dept in reviewing and renewing company policies ensuring legal compliance. Communicating with external HR partners.
13. Support the supervision of the intern assigned to the HR dept
14. Any other duties as assigned from time to time by your Manager/Director.
Skills & Experience:
15. Third level qualification in HR or CIPD qualification in HR.
16. Min 2 years experience in a similar role.
17. Recruitment experience essential.
18. Strong administration skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task
19. Detail oriented.
20. Utmost integrity in the discreet handling of confidential information essential.
21. Strong people skills - a clear, approachable and friendly communication style.
22. The ability to be impartial and objective.
23. MS office proficiency - word, outlook, excel, powerpoint.
