The Role :The Sales and Events Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of sales, and events activities to drive revenue and promote the hotel's brand. This role reports to Hotel General Manager and works closely with the Group Sales Manager and involves a strong focus on Reactive Sales, Proactive Sales activity, Events Co-ordination, Networking, and Local and In-house Marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Reactive Sales Proactive Sales Activity Sales and Promotional Plan Sales Meetings and Improvement Events Coordination Networking and Relationship Building Local and In-house Marketing Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. The Ideal Person: The ideal Sales Executive would be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and the local market. Requirements : Proven experience in sales and events management within the hotel industry. Strong market knowledge and communication skills. Results-driven and able to work independently and in a team. Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
