Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage the accounts payable ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
2. Allocate payments and reconcile supplier statements.
3. Generate and analyse reports to support business needs.
4. Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and efficient working environment.
5. Assist with month-end closing processes and other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
6. Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with daily use required.
8. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
