Our client, an Irish owned property development company based in Limerick City are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.
Who we are seeking * Experienced Accounts Administrator / experienced Bookkeeper
* Possess high levels of attention to detail
Overview of the responsibilities
1. Maintenance of the Debtors and Creditors
2. Maintaining the posting of purchase and sales invoices
3. Maintaining the bank postings and completing bank reconciliations
4. Dealing with supplier queries
5. Assisting the Financial Controller in preparing monthly / annual accounts
6. Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required
Experience:
7. Proven experience as a senior bookkeeper or similar role
8. Property or construction experience desired
9. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage) and Microsoft Excel
10. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
11. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
