I am delighted to be currently working with a well known branch in the Healthcare Sector, in recruiting for a Grade IV Clerical officer to join their busy Maintenance Administrative team in Cork
Salary: DOE
Contract: 6 Month Temporary (with strong chance of extention)
Location: Cork City
Role Details:
Essential Criteria:
1. Have excellent administrative and organisational skills
2. experience in high volume diary managment
3. Be computer literate, particularly in Excel
4. Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, public and outside agencies
5. Educated to Leaving Certificate standard
6. Stong knowlege of computer systems
Key Responsibilities:
7. Diary management
8. emails, calls behalf of management, day to day running of the office
9. filing, scanning
10. supporting projects and needs of the individual manager from an admin perspective
11. Assisting with clear up of data and updating forms and files
