Job Description
It’s an exciting time to join the Information Technology Team. As the Production Planning and Logistics IT Analyst, you will oversee the functional and technical aspects of an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically focused on Production Planning and Logistics. The IT Analyst works closely with the IT project teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define, implement, and monitor quality standards, processes, and metrics. The IT Analyst also provides technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the IT staff and contributes to the continuous improvement of the IT planning and logistics management systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading the design, development, and implementation of the SAP PP/PPDS/APO(SCM) modules.
2. Ability to analyze and perform basic and complex configuration within SAP PP/PPDS/APO(SCM) modules.
3. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP systems meet business requirements in alignment and coordination with the IT initiatives and projects.
4. Familiar with Integration of SAP PP with Material Management, WM and QM.
5. Knowledge of working on Production Orders / Planned Orders, Material Master, BOM, Routing, Production Version, Plants.
6. Experience in SAP Sales, Operations, Supply & Demand Planning / Master Scheduling.
7. Good knowledge of APO(SCM) Integration with SAP ERP & other related modules.
8. Collaborate and govern the Application Manage Service team that will provide technical support and documentation.
9. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
10. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
11. Ensuring the system is properly integrated with other business systems.
12. Stay updated on the latest trends, developments in ERP technologies, and best practices and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
13. At least 7 years of experience in similar role
14. Experience in ECC SAP Production Planning and Logistics & integrated modules
15. Familiar in reading ABAP code
16. Preferred experience in S/4 HANA
17. Preferred experience in Food and Pharma Industry and corresponding regulatory requirements
18. Knowledge of supporting applications and interdependencies with other SAP modules
19. Experience in Project Portfolio / Lifecycle Management
20. Experience working with external vendors and managing virtual teams internationally
21. Must be willing to travel
22. Fluency in English is a must; command of other languages is a plus.

Location: The preferred location for this role is Cork, Ireland, the role can also be remote (within Ireland)
