Responsibilities

Qualifications Requirements and Experience
Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following:
• Overall ownership of the business process management topic at LCC, and furthering the development of process management skills through the company (through coaching, information events and training)
• Supporting the business departments as a specialist in analysing, introducing and adapting processes
• Design of target processes in collaboration with process owners and process experts
• Support in the optimization of processes and the implementation of continuous improvement (CIP)
• Visualization, description, documentation and monitoring of processes.
• Supporting the process owners in implementing and anchoring the processes in the company
• Responsibility for the administration of the BPM system
• Transfer and modelling of process information in the BPM system
• Support in analysing process effectiveness (e.g. with regard to times, costs, quality)
• Support for cross-plant standardization and harmonization of processes
• Advice on the identification of key process figures
• Further development of the process management standard (process/role/procedure model)
• Responsible for compliance with process management standards
• Responsibie for the integration capability of the processes in the process model
• Other ancillary duties associated with the position
Qualifications & Competencies:
• A 3rd level qualification in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or another 3rd level qualifica-tion together with relevant experience.
• Experience with process charting or process management software
• Good communication skills, service orientation and a team player
• Independent, systematic way of working and good problem solving skills
• Professional experience in a similar position
