Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced Medical Receptionist on a temporary basis (2.5+ weeks) in a thriving clinic in Carrigaline. Two years' experience in a medical or clinic based role is required.
Responsibilities:
1. In person and over the phone, greet and assist patients.
2. Assist doctors, employees, visitors, and patients in a professional manner.
3. Checking supplies, scheduling equipment, and performing maintenance repairs are all part of maintaining a business' inventory.
4. Professionally answer all phone calls.
5. During all activities, follow the policies and procedures.
6. Assist with admissions and treatment according to established protocols.
7. Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Requirements:
8. 2 years of experience as a medical receptionist
9. problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
10. Multi-tasking abilities
11. Strong administrative, organisational, and planning abilities.
12. Experience in CRM systems ( direct experience in Socrates System desirable)
13. Ability to operate under pressure and respond quickly in an emergency
