Our Dublin based client is looking for a Senior Business Change Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves driving change across various departments by developing strategies that improve processes, systems, within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of change management strategies Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to support change initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective change management Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the success of the program. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, acting as a key advisor in all aspects of organisational change. Essential Experience: Proven experience as a Business Change Consultant, with extensive knowledge in applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience working with large-scale organisational change efforts and the ability to manage complex change projects.
