We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused CAD Customer Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to customers using CAD (PLM) software, ensuring they can effectively utilise the product in line with the training content provided. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CAD (PLM) software, including installation, configuration, and usage problems. Training: Conduct training sessions and webinars to help customers understand and use CAD (PLM) software features. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, FAQs, and support guides to assist customers. Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team to improve training content and user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with CAD software. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) and familiarity with IT systems. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
