Our client, a global provider of machinery automation solutions, are seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator - Key Accounts to join their expanding Dublin team. As a Supply Chain Administrator you will play a critical role in handling all supply chain queries from source to delivery.
Role:
* Expediting orders and handling all supply chain queries from source to delivery
* Order management, reschedules, cancellations, order amendments.
* Keeping key customers informed of open order status.
* Creating bespoke customer reports for review to identify potential delivery issues.
* Analysing internal purchasing reports with a view to recognising potential supply risks and where possible identifying mitigation strategies.
* Reacting to supply chain disruptions and ability contribute to solving problems and providing effective solutions quickly is essential.
* Providing proof of delivery information to customers, as required
* General Sales office support administration
* Used to dealing with telephone enquiries.
* Used to working in a busy business environment.
* Being flexible to requests by management to undertake additional responsibilities as and when required.
Core Skills/Attributes:
* Business qualification or qualification in operations or logistics
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A key requirement will be the need to work seamlessly & effectively with colleagues in headquarters and / or other subsidiaries and Ireland.
* Baan / SAP System or similar knowledge and training to an acceptable standard
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skill required- Experience in using MS Outlook & MS Teams
* Knowledge / experience with CRM systems
* Attention to detail is essential.
* Must have the ability to clearly communicate with both customers and colleagues alike.
