Role: Customer Support Agent
Location: South Dublin
Working Hours: Full-Time; Monday – Friday shift work; occasional Saturday work
Contract Type: Permanent
Abrivia are currently recruiting on behalf of their client for a Customer Support Agent to join their team in South Dublin. This is a busy position, requiring candidates to have excellent telephone communication skills, be highly organised, and possess excellent attention to detail with a friendly personality.
The Role:
1. Deliver a high level of customer service over the phone and via email, putting the customer first at all stages of their journey.
2. Work closely with a diverse and vibrant team.
3. Communicate effectively between customers, client, and the team.
4. Resolve queries at the first point of contact through various communication channels.
5. Provide administrative support as required.
6. Professionally handle all enquiries and follow up on any issues efficiently.
The Candidate:
7. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
8. Proficient in MS Office and excellent administration skills
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
11. Great attention to detail and organisation skills
12. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
