Customer Support Specialist Soundstore, a leading Electrical Retailer in Munster, has an immediate vacancy for a Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid based in Cork). Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is very comfortable dealing with customers over the phone. This position will suit a motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic person who is customer-focused has excellent communication skills, excellent written & spoken English, and will have the people skills necessary to deal with customers professionally. The successful candidate will be expected to deal with inbound calls, emails, and chat in an efficient manner. A strong interest and/or knowledge of Kitchen Appliances, TVs, and Computers would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. Familiarity with SAP or other similar Computer systems would be beneficial. Job Location; The successful candidate will work out of one of our stores. however, there is the flexibility to work from home as part of your working week. Working Week; You will work 40 hours over 5 Days between Monday to Sunday. Previous Call Centre experience although not essential would be a clear advantage.
