About the role
The Content Manager develops the overall content marketing strategy for the Village from content ideation to creation, working closely with direction from the Marketing Director to distribution and evaluation.

Key responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.
* Lead the Content team and be responsible for the team's performance and development
* Work with the Functional Heads and the Digital Brand Strategist on the overarching strategy for the department and assist with highlighting and developing the KPIs to enrich our performance analysis
* Work collaboratively with the Digital Brand Strategist and Marketing analyst to amplify our digital omnichannel strategy to develop a clear and effective content strategy & overarching plan
* Work collaboratively with the Brand Creative team assisting in the development of their Creative vision ensuring they have a rich understanding of the most relevant content for our single purchase value driving audiences for each channel
* Ensure the right content is on the right channels, considering the relevance and target audience
* Work closely with the wider marketing teams and other key stakeholders to capture and implement the content requirements for each department and relevant channels
* Manage the Content Calendar
* Maximise content impact & performance for each target audience and amplify our brand & product storytelling
* Ensure all creative that is used to its maximum in all channels - from tik tok, pinterest, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram reels; stories and infeed as well as website
* Work with each channel head to develop clear content plans for their channels aligning with the omnichannel content strategy and target audiences
* Present the omnichannel content strategies for each campaign period and ensure that there is alignment with the team's vision and the central direction
* Work closely with the Content Director to identify where new content creation is required and ensure that all channel requirements are included in the content creation process to maximise the delivery and performance of the High Net Worth (HNW) targeted content
* Follow the content creation process to ensure all the requirements are being met for each channel and adhering to the Brand Creative vision and overarching content strategy
* Put together the content packs for each channel head so that they can implement the content plans for their channels once assets are available post-production
* Work closely with the Digital Brand Strategist, Marketing Analyst & Performance Director to analyse the performance of content across all channels and develop future content strategies & plans to increase our resonance, engagement and conversion with our target HNW audiences
* Develop new creative brief templates to be used by the wider marketing team for all requests to ensure clarity, consistency & efficiency for the content team
* Provide clear updates to each team on the creative direction developed for their relevant projects, assuring clarity on the content to be created and providing clear lead times for content creation
* Review the performance of each content that has gone out and provide insights for improvement
* Ensure all creative contents gets approved by the brands before circulating to the channel heads
* Prepare regular analysis of performance of content
* Work closely with the Copywriters and guest editors to ensure they are involved in Brand and Creative briefs and given the correct lead time to create assets
* Manage the process from the Tier deck to delivery to channels to performance
About You
We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
* Degree education or equivalent qualifications is advantageous
* Experience as a B2B role is a bonus as is experience using social media to drive traffic
* Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge in Photoshop or Indesign is a bonus
* Comfortable using a suite of reporting tools to measure and optimise content and use data to continually improve content
* Experience in producing creative content for socially led brands which engages consumers
* Experience managing and segmenting email campaigns
* Strong digital & partnership knowledge
* Strong administrator - must be highly organised with the ability to coordinate others, to ensure deadlines are met and managed effectively
* Strong influencing and communication skills
* Able to work well with all levels across the business
* Self-starter, highly motivated and ambitious
* Strategic mindset for planning of content and brand positioning
* Strong presentation skills
* Strong analytical skills, with experience analysing and creating data focused content
