The project:
Mace are looking for an reporting manager to work within the project controls team on large scale and complex Infrastructure projects in Dublin.

You’ll be responsible for:
5. Support the reporting and performance management services on large scale infrastructure programmes and projects.
6. Assist in the definition, establishment, and management of the programme performance reporting systems and processes.
7. Ensuring robust and secure data management through the whole programme/project lifecycle.
8. To deliver and assure accurate and timely reporting on a large Infrastructure programmes and projects meets client expectations.
9. Support the development of the supply chain tender / contractual requirements, including KPI’s, performance reporting, and integrity of data.
You’ll need to have:
10. Excellent written communication skills, clear and concise.
11. An in-depth knowledge of project controls and reporting tools and software.
12. To understand data management and can use it to provide effective and timely advice to clients.
13. Stay up to date with key industry and professional trends.
14. The ability to persuade and influence your colleagues to satisfy the customer requirements.
15. Tackle problems with complex solutions.
16. Delegate tasks to others when required.
17. To be extremely collaborative, with ability to build excellent working relationships and have a very high political sensitivity.
18. Stay up to date with latest technologies and tools available on the market in the reporting and performance management arena.
19. Extensive experience as reporting manager on major infrastructure programmes and projects and have experience of the whole project lifecycle from award through to handover into operation.
20. A degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the construction, programme, project or commercial management disciplines.
21. Achieved membership/fellow/certified fellow status with one or more professional institutions.
