Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be managing their IT team and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will contribute to the successful execution of the business strategy with a hands-on approach and a drive to get things right the first time. The Person: As a high performer with energy and enthusiasm, possessing the broad skillset required to excel in a successful SME. Your excellent skills, proactiveness and ability to work independently and make decisions will be critical in this role.
