Customer Service Administrator - Permanent - Onsite - Galway
Responsibilities:
1. Manage sales customer contacts/appointments efficiently and liaise with customer as appropriate
2. Dealing with customer requirements for sales in an efficient and courteous manner both by phone and service reception
3. Adapt at all times a positive approach which will encourage exceptional levels of customer care
4. Achieve consistently high standards across the dealership and identify new ways to increase performance
5. Assist with marketing and sales campaigns as required
6. To deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
7. A passion for excellence in customer service.
8. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer service based role.
9. An enthusiastic, positive, results orientated approach which demonstrates exceptional levels of customer care.
10. Experience in managing customer accounts.
11. Excellent Interpersonal skills and be highly motivated, Fluent written/spoken English with excellent communication and organisational skills.
12. Strong Computer Skills including MS Office
