Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, wishes to appoint a Compliance Officer responsible for ensuring that compliance levels for all agency staff are maintained to a high standard.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable and a problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. The right person for this job will be driven to succeed. This job is fast paced and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge and working with others to achieve optimum results.
This role is a Maternity Cover Contract based in Dundalk, Louth.
Duties of the role will include but not limited to:
· Conducting regular and extensive audits to ensure that compliance levels for all agency staff are maintained and that all records are kept in line with legislative requirements
· Reporting on staff compliance on a monthly basis to address key areas for improvement
· Ensuring that each staff file contains all necessary documentation based on profession
· Taking direction from management in relation to compliance policies and implementation
· Working closely with the Centralised Recruitment Team and relevant managers to continuously improve compliance levels and to ensure that compliance standards are being adhered to
· Working with the Bookings teams to ensure that who are working maintain compliance standards
· Correlating and presenting regular reports and updates to management in a timely manner in relation to all aspects of compliance
· Identifying compliance risks and liaise with various departments to correct and mitigate further occurrences
· Liaising closely with the Training Department to ensure staff are scheduled to attend necessary training as required
· Processing Garda Vetting applications and managing from submission to completion
· Acting as a point of contact for any compliance related queries
· Managing the Occupational Health process including payment, return and uploading the fit to work certs for all temps who require it.
Requirements
· Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English language
· Previous compliance and/or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
· Fully proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office suite
· Excellent time management and organisation skills
· Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
