Job Description
Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician with at least 3 years of experience in a regulated environment to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures with knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
2. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs) to ensure product quality and safety.
3. Monitor and analyze production processes, identify and troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
4. Conduct equipment and process validations and maintain accurate records.
5. Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment and ensure that it is clean and in good working condition.
6. Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, engineering, and production, to ensure timely and effective production.
Requirements:
8. A minimum of a level 6 in manufacturing, mechanical or any other relevant engineering disciplines.
9. Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biotechnology is a benefit.
10. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, such as FDA regulations, ISO standards, and GMPs.
11. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
12. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
13. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly and professionally.
14. Strong computer skills, including experience with manufacturing software and equipment control systems.
