1. Specification of DFT during IC design stage.
2. Management of the test requirements.
3. Test hardware design.
4. Test software development.
5. Delivery of production test solution to offshore subcon.
6. Characterisation of critical parameters over PVT
7. Generation of Reliability test solutions
8. Test cost optimization.
Skills
9. ATE Mixed signal and RF test experience.
10. Familiarity with requirements tracking (Jira etc) and test plan documentation.
11. Schematic capture / layout tools for RF and Mixed signal PCB’s
12. ATE Software (C++) for SIP integration level devices with MPU, Rram, Sram, RF, Crypto and mixed signal functions.
13. Familiarity with releasing to and support of offshore test sub-contractors.
14. Experience of developing test characterisation solutions around thermal forcing equipment.
15. Test cost reduction via test time, yield and multisite optimizations.
16. Great Interpersonal and communications skills across an international team.
17. Fluency in English.
18. Problem solving and debug.
19. Digital Scan and Firmware insertion.
20. Delivery of Reliability test solutions.
21. Standard statical analysis of ATE data for yield, Grr and Correlation.
The Person
6+ years in ATE test development role with Electronic Degree level 8 or equivalent qualification.
Self-motivating aligns to the bigger picture, team player, respectful, honest, reliable, self-starter and flexible, able to communicate across geographical sites.
