Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.

* Maintain guest records, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
* Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
* Assist with reservations, bookings, and room assignments.
* Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
About You:
* Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in hotel management software and office tools.
