Multiplex Engineering Ltd are a well-established engineering and calibrations company (although knowledge of same is not required at all for this role) based in Duleek, Co. Meath but who operate throughout Ireland. We are currently going through a period of growth/expansion, and have a need to expand our current team. We are looking for an Office Administrator / Accounting Technician for full time (9-5),non-remote work and are offering a salary of €30K+ (negotiable DOE) plus company benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and office procedures. The successful candidate will be working alongside an existing accounts team in Duleek, and training will be provided. Ideally a candidate would have: Accounting Technician Qualification is desirable (or similar) Sage Accounts Package experience a necessity Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role essential Excellent IT skills MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook Exemplary organization skills, with an attention to detail and a good work ethic Experience with international shipping would be a huge plus A positive attitude and willingness to learn Duties would include: Maintaining accurate accounts and filing records Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable (Incl Credit Control) Order processing Organising international shipments and the production of relevant border documentation Customer service / queries Report generation at the request of the Company Director Maintaining vehicle records for the company fleet General administration duties
