Job Description
WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
6. Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the kitchen operation across the whole site and ensure the company’s reputation for food quality is always maintained.
7. Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Manager
8. Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the locations across the Site including Treaty Stone Restaurant /contractors canteen and Building 19 Restaurant.
9. Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
10. Leaving Cert level education or above
11. NVQ qualification or equivalent
12. Successful progressive background in catering in Lareg Scale Kitchens
13. Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
14. Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation
15. Good listening skills
16. Must Currently be in Ireland
17. Good Written and spoken English
18. Full driving licence an advantage
