Our multinational client in Dublin city centre is seeking an HR Advisor, focused on HR Data Management, for a 12 month maternity leave contract. The roles responsibilities include auditing data, driving process improvements, and mentoring junior staff. The position offers hybrid working, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Coordinate and deliver documentation requests from legal partners. -Collaborate with Recruitment and Payroll teams on case management and support with data requests -Conduct audits of employee data in Workday. -Support HR reporting, templates, dashboards, and metrics. -Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, related to HR -Assist in training and onboarding new HR Data Specialists. -Mentor junior team members and act as a point of contact in the managers absence. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: -3 years of experience in Human Resources, handling complex employee inquiries and providing resolutions. -Experience resolving data issues within an HRIS, with Workday experience preferred. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Excellent time management and task prioritization, with the ability to meet deadlines. -Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information. -Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting. -Experience in a centralized HR department or shared services organization. -Familiarity with case management systems and Workday.
