Your responsibilities include developing project system specifications, collaborating with architects, surveyors, main contractors, and building owners to offer our client’s top-notch range of products.

Responsibilities:
5. Developing project specifications, offer technical and product information support to new and existing clients.
6. Securing new projects by proactively looking for opportunities in the marketplace and responding to customer requests
7. Managing and developing customer accounts, establishing new customer accounts
8. Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
9. Conducting CPD presentations to architects and main contractors
10. Visiting building sites as required and writing site surveys
11. Managing orders as per specification by referring to price lists and product literature
12. Updating company’s CRM system – Salesforce, with the relevant client information
13. Working towards specific targets and KPIs
14. Reviewing the targets and KPIs with management on regular basis
15. Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace intelligence on pricing, products, new products, etc.
16. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
17. Undertaking training as required
18. Assisting in product and application development
Requirements:
19. A background in the construction industry.
20. A qualification in construction or architectural technology would be an advantage.
21. Good knowledge of basic construction technology.
22. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
23. Good IT skills with experience and knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
24. Previous experience with CRM and ERP systems.
25. Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
26. Team player capable of working with others to achieve company goals.
27. Excellent administration, communication, organisational skills and customer service.
28. Knowledge and understanding of NBS for high-level specification accuracy.
