Cpl’s transportation client in South-West Dublin have an urgent requirement for a Recruitment Administrator for a 6 month contract, working full onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support through the recruitment and selection process
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. First point of contact for all recruitment related queries
2. Manage the recruitment process from posting job ad to hire
3. Advertise all vacancies
4. Management of recruitment related documentation, and recruitment correspondence
5. Interview scheduling
6. Facilitate and prepare for recruitment assessment days
7. Prepare and maintain related recruitment reports
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
9. Assist the HR department with all recruitment activities
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
10. 1 years’ experience working in a busy recruitment administration role
11. Interview scheduling experience
12. Proficient MS Office experience .
13. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
14. Excellent attention for detail
