Join us here in Comfort Homecare as a Payroll Assistant. We are a fast growing company and are looking for an energetic team player happy to work in this dynamic position. Payroll will be the primary task however assisting all depatments in line with Company growth will be required.
In this role, your role responsibilities will include:
* Process weekly payroll
* Respond to payroll queries
* Ensure payroll deadlines are met
* Be involved in all aspects of payroll admin
* Calculate holiday pay for employees
* Work with wider HR team to prepare offer letters, salary changes, promotion paperwork etc
* Create weekly reports for senior management
* Assist with new hire paperwork
* Adhoc payroll duties will be required
You will need:
* 2+years working in a similar role ideally with both weekly and monthly payroll volume
* Proficient in Payroll packages such as Bright pay, Collsoft etc.
* Proficient in MS packages
