Position Overview: As a key member of the shared services support team, you will be the fourth person joining a dedicated group responsible for supporting infrastructure and cloud services across the entire organization. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting both on-premises and cloud environments (mostly Azure). You will work closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and serve as a vital escalation point for complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide L3 support for infrastructure and cloud environments, focusing on Azure and Azure AD.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, Active Directory, and cloud applications.
3. Collaborate with internal IT teams and external MSPs to ensure seamless operation of data centers and shared services.
4. Assist with the transition and ongoing support of cloud-based solutions.
5. Act as a support and escalation point for project resources and other team members.
6. Manage and maintain documentation related to infrastructure and cloud services.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in a similar L3 support role, with a strong background in traditional infrastructure (networking and Active Directory).
8. Expertise in Azure, Azure AD, and Azure applications.
9. Experience working with Managed Service Providers.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
11. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
12. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
13. Willingness to work on-site in Kingscourt 3 days a week initially, moving to 2 days
