Dublin Home Support has been serving the community of north Dublin for over 40 years, delivering home support services to older and vulnerable people. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person with strong IT skills, good interpersonal skills and fluent English. The ideal candidate will be committed to the role of monitoring the live database which tracks the delivery of our service to our clients and be able to respond to any delays, changes, cancellations etc. to our scheduled service delivery. The role also involves staff and client support. This person should be responsible and reliable, able to work on their own initiative and to complement our team of dedicated and supportive staff. Experience in homecare particularly with the Innovocare Monitoring system - may be an advantage. This role is office-based working 9am-5pm Monday Friday.
