My client is a high-profile aircraft lessor who has a requirement for a Contract Administrator/Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading leasing firm.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a designated portfolio of airline customer accounts
2. Manage rent and invoicing processes
3. Support colleagues and associated teams
4. Work on process improvement initiatives
5. Schedule and manage lease contract events
6. Manage accounts receivable and payable
7. Build and develop relationships with internal teams
8. Supporting IT projects
9. Ensure accurate data input and maintenance
10. Manage customer feedback
Requirements:
11. At least 2 years' experience in a support, process improvement or similar operations role
12. Experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable is an advantage
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
14. Aircraft leasing experience is an advantage
15. Excellent attention to detail
16. Strong Microsoft Office and process improvement skills
