The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, good with multitasking, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Answer calls, respond to emails, and manage appointments. Maintain office files and records. Handle customer inquiries and assist with scheduling. Perform data entry and assist with reports. General office tasks such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies. Skills & Qualifications: Prior administrative experience preferred.
