Position: German Client Services Administrator
Location: Dublin City
Salary: €30,000 + Bonus value between €1-2K per annum

Type: Permanent Position. (Hybrid working model, 2 days in office + 3 days WFH after 4 weeks training on-site)
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday only (flexible start from 8-9am). 40 hours per week

Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Ensure that excellent quality service is delivered
2. Ensuring all correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner
3. Working towards SLA’s
4. Attend meetings, and taking minutes as required
5. Manage business contracts and renewal schedules
6. Be committed to learn and develop extensive product knowledge
7. Multitasking on your daily workload
8. Responsible for providing excellent customer service ensuring retention of clients and customer satisfaction
Requirements for the Role:
9. Full fluency in English and German both verbal and written
10. Previous experience in a customer focused role
11. Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
12. Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
13. Excellent multitasking and time keeping skills
14. Previous experience of working in an office environment preferable
