Overview
Are you an experienced Supply Chain Data Analyst who thrives on strategic planning, deadlines and making real business impact? If so, the permanent opportunity on our Supply Chain team could be the one for you. In this business centric role you will support the maintenance of the existing supply chain guru models and provide critical data analytics support on scenario planning that provide crucial insights to PGCS leadership for laying out the future concentrate network design.
Responsibilities
Accountable
1. Support Maintenance of Manufacturing Capacity models with quarterly volume updates and annualised static data updates.
2. Lead data (sourcing, extraction, profiling, integration) to enable model generation and business insight.
3. Identify areas of opportunity and improve data sourcing process and validation of data leveraging SAP, AFO & Power BI
Responsible
4. Provide insights from the existing model to support business objectives of assets utilization and resource effectiveness.
5. Provide insights into capacity constraints for Business resilience.
6. Support enhancement in the model to improve model accuracies and throughputs.
7. Create reports and dashboards to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Network Capacity
8. Support plant and organisation’s agendas for optimisation of assets & resources through scenario planning
9. Support the engineering and operations team with a business case for capital driven by growth, sugar reduction, and innovation.
Informed
10. Data enhancements through organic improvements & transformational changes like Digital factory to enrich the current models.
11. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process data, analyse root causes, and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
12. Develop a deep understanding of organisational operations and workflows.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
13. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (ex. Excel, PowerBI, SQL, MS Access).
14. Experience working with SAP or Similar ERP systems
15. Bachelor’s degree in Eng / Supply Chain Management / Information systems/ Operations Research/ Statistics / Data Science & Analytics
16. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
17. Unsatisfiable curiosity to extract insights from Data.
