As a HR Coordinator, you will support all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring excellent employee experiences. The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in administrative coordination, induction/onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance support, collaborating closely with the HR Manager and Group HR team.
HR Coordinator responsibilities:
1. Manage employee records, HRIS, and documentation efficiently.
2. Organize and maintain filing systems for HR-related paperwork and records.
3. Coordinate employee communications, including announcements, memos, and newsletters.
4. Assist in payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
5. Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
6. Prepare reports, presentations, and analytics related to HR activities.
7. Conduct thorough employee inductions and coordinate logistics for new hire orientation.
8. Assist in developing and updating training materials, manuals, and resources.
9. Track and maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
10. Support recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
11. Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
12. Foster positive employee relations, coordinate engagement initiatives, and support career development.
HR Coordinator requirements:
13. CIPD/HR qualification is desirable.
14. 2 years working within a HR team in a fast paced environment.
15. Highly proficient in Microsoft office.
