Job Description
An Analytics Manager in EMEA plays a crucial role in steering data-driven decision making within Henry Schein EMEA. This position involves overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to improve business processes, enhance decision-making, and boost overall performance. Key responsibilities include ensuring the availability and accuracy of analytic data, generating comprehensive reports and dashboards, providing data visualizations for better understanding, and tracking the impact of data analysis on business operations and results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and maintain cross-country data and reporting, establish a measurement framework and designing corresponding data collection strategies and processes.
* Ensure that EMEA data collection and reporting remain aligned to global analytics objectives.
* Drive reporting harmonisation, consistent tagging and UTM alignment across markets.
* Serve as a resource to guide global analytics team members on best practices and globally consistent approaches to analytic support across markets.
* Manage cross-country Tag Manager containers, implement event tracking and custom dimensions.
* Assure GDPR compliance in our reporting and track cookie consent impact on our data quality.
* Contribute to the Online strategy by providing customer insight.
* Identify, test, and implement analytics process improvements to help identify and optimize the best customer experience.
* Provide detailed recommendations for senior management decisions based on data driven learning and bespoke insights.
* Create and monitor dashboards to assure regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) for different audiences incl. Senior Management, local Marketing Teams, supplier partners.
* Provide insights on marketing campaign performance (omni-channel eCommerce campaigns, lead generation campaigns) and return on investment.
* Drive lead generation reporting across the entire sales funnel incl. data from ERP systems.
* Drive customer centric and audience/ segment driven reporting considering the LTV.
* Collaborate with all departments defining metrics, KPIs, dashboards, reports, etc.
* Handle ad-hoc queries and custom reports from all areas.
* Manage relationships with vendors and consultants related to analytics (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Conductor, etc.).
* Collaborate on testing and optimization efforts (A|B tests, landing pages, marketing campaigns, etc.).
* Leverage analytic tools to identify, track, and optimize audience segmentation, and drive utilization across EMEA marketing teams.
* Provide ad-hoc insights to management regarding both internal data and industry trends and news.
* Providing guidance on measurement and goals for other teams across the organization.
* Leverage analytics tools and global best practices to provide competitive and customer insights for action by the global, regional, and local marketing teams. * Analyse data and present trends, insights and strategic recommendations.
* Translate data into powerful remediators.
* Support different projects with goal definition and business cases.
* Facilitate and lead meetings with EMEA marketing teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with organizational objectives.
* Tailor strategies to the diverse markets within the EMEA region to enhance market penetration, brand visibility, and sales performance.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
* 7+ years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in eCommerce.
* Strong understanding of customer experience and behaviour online.
* Understanding of online conversion funnel including path to purchase and customer journeys.
* Web analytics software (Google Analytics / 360) and Tag management systems (Google Tag Manager).
* Tagging / implementation / data layers / digital data & analytics.
* Building reports, dashboards.
* Testing and optimization.
* Training and guiding various business areas (edit, sales, etc.) on analytics.
* Experience with campaign management and analysis (display, CPC).
* Experience in advanced analytics areas (SQL, data warehouse, big data, data visualization, etc.) desired.
* A knack for finding ways to add value and provide "aha!" insights.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
