In this role you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within the Republic of Ireland. You will direct the team and provide positive leadership to maximise sales growth and profitability for the business.

Job responsibilities
Working as a Sales Manager your role will include:
8. Developing a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of sales and profitability targets, across the Republic of Ireland.
9. Working with the Sales Director to agree ASM targets and best practices.
10. Driving continual improvement within the salesforce.
11. Maintaining a solid understanding of competitors, competitors’ products, and their channels of distribution within the market.
12. Working with reporting systems to accurately measure how each territory and ASM is performing in terms of margin and sales turnover against targets.
13. Identifying product selection for use with key promotional activity, targeting samples for use by the team.
14. Working with the buying department to generate future product sales forecasting against selected promotional campaigns.
15. Coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team.
16. Communicating regularly with the team including calls (phone, Teams), 1-2-1 meetings and team meetings.
17. Structuring time to spend with each ASM on customer visits.
18. Attending shows, exhibitions and networking events, reporting on Return on Investment from attendance.
