This is a super opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketer to join this highly established consumer finance lender as their Head of Marketing.

This highly reputable Financial Services company is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and develop the marketing function, with full accountability for marketing strategy, media planning and execution, and budgets. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly dynamic and performance driven team at a very exciting time for the company.
The successful candidate will lead all marketing activities from digital advertising and conversion rate optimisation to ATL advertising and creative development, supporting the business acquisition targets, customer quality and brand awareness objectives. This is a challenging but very rewarding role. You will be expected to deliver on marketing, customer and financial outcomes and to work in an effective and efficient / agile manner with key skilled cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage, lead and develop the Marketing team and external agencies, pro-actively ensure all services are delivered on time, to the required quality and within budget.
2. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver desired customer and financial outcomes.
3. Identify and deliver synergistic marketing activity including media and creative management across all products.
4. Play a leadership role across strategic change initiatives to ensure marketing has the tools and data needed to deliver and exploit business opportunity.
5. Support and challenge brand development and identity, including consistent product positioning.
6. Improve and develop SEO scores and key website metrics, including the development of effective SEO strategies to paid search and digital advertising.
7. Ensure, marketing and brand consistency, across all content e.g. website, promotional material, marketing campaigns and channels etc.
Requirements
8. 8+ years of experience working in B2C marketing within a high growth organisation.
9. Qualification in marketing, preferably at Master's level, or equivalent experience.
10. Proven track record and experience in high growth environments.
11. Technical and market currency, the latest trends and best practices in marketing and advertising.
12. High-quality reporting, copywriting, and analytic skills.
13. Experience with recognised SEO and web analytics tools - eg. Moz, SEMRush, Google Analytics, etc.
14. Well organised and a multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
15. Self-motivated with high levels of energy and the ability to work independently with limited direction.
