Conduct research and present findings to the Head of Risk. Support risk assessments and develop training materials for key projects. Help conduct the annual Risk, Safety, and HACCP Internal Audit Programme. Update and review property-specific safety statements and legislation registers. Perform gap analyses on current safety processes and execute action plans. Participate in risk, health and safety, food safety meetings, and capital project work. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Deep knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and standards. Understanding of environmental and fire safety legislation. Experience in research, project work, and food safety or health and safety auditing is advantageous. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
