We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join the fast-growing Energy Team here at Radius.
We would love to welcome you to our Dundalk Office location for the days you are in the office. You’ll report into the Curtis Broadbent, Sales Director on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.
What do we expect of you?
Key Skills/Attributes
1. Previous experience in a direct sales role, Consumer sales within the energy sector.
2. Experience generating their own leads and examples.
3. Able to prove they can work under pressure and to a target-based system.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. High level of proficiency in Microsoft (or equivalent) software use.
6. Experience with a CRM, for example, Hubspot, 8x8.
7. Be a team player.
What would your day to day look like?
8. Delivering high value sales conversions. Leads will be provided but there will be a requirement to generate your own referrals.
9. Ensure that the CRM is up to date and holds all the customer information relating to sales and the pipeline.
10. Deliver the sales targets.
11. Be a team player and refer business opportunities to other group companies as per the internal referral targets that are set.
12. Be a self-starter and highly motivated.
13. To perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy
14. To perform any other duties as may be reasonably be require from time-to-time.
