Our role
Reporting to the HR Director, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager plays a key role in implementing the Forvis Mazars People Strategy and overseeing the talent acquisition function for both early careers and experienced hires.We are looking to hire an experienced talent acquisition professional with a proven track record in recruitment and the ability to lead a high-performing team.The successful candidate will drive the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to meet our current business needs and support our future growth.
Who you are
1. A passionate talent acquisition professional, with experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing talent acquisition teams
2. Experience in leading a variety of recruitment projects and delivering continuous improvement
3. Excellent track record in developing talent and recruitment strategies
4. Strong in-house recruitment experience within experienced hire, early careers, and graduate recruitment programmes – preferably in a professional services environment
5. Possess top tier interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable communicating with stakeholders and business leaders
6. Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
7. Highly motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment
How you will contribute
8. Driving implementation of the Forvis Mazars People Strategy
9. Leading, mentoring and developing our early careers and experienced hires teams
10. Partnering with senior business leaders and HRBP’s to understand hiring needs and working with team leads to develop appropriate recruitment strategies to identify top talent for key roles
11. Reporting and recruitment analytics, providing insights on market trends and best practices
12. Using data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost per hire
13. Develop and drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes in line with best practice and current legislation and champion an excellent candidate experience
14. Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders both in Ireland and within Forvis Mazars Global to develop and drive online recruitment marketing campaigns, promoting our brand and employer value proposition
15. Leading training initiatives
16. Managing the PSL and relationships with 3rd party agencies
17. Overseeing the annual graduate recruitment campaign
18. Managing the recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS)
19. Representing Ireland amongst our international Forvis Mazars colleagues at global events
20. Develop relationships and coordinate with counterparts in other Forvis Mazars countries to facilitate secondments, exchanges, etc
