Job Description
TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR(S) required by CareerWise Recruitment for our multinational BioTechnology client at their new facility in Limerick, initial 12 month contract on offer. On site presence will be required full-time for at least 3 months with hybrid working a possibility after this.
The TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR(S) is responsible for providing support in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the site training system and providing training support associated with the governance of the Training system.
Role of this position
1. Training and Documentation Support;
2. Support the continued set up and roll out of the Corporate Training Management System for the Limerick Site.
3. Support activities in the management of training materials, curricula, and learning plans for the Limerick site.
4. Assist in the creation and management of site procedures in accordance with site Training SOP.
5. Work with other GMP system owners/administrators on the interfaces with the training administration system (for example Veeva Vault, SpeachPharma, Smartsheet).
6. Perform activities to manage:
7. Curriculum creation and maintenance
8. Learning plan management
9. Qualification management
10. Individual training history maintenance
11. Produce reports from Learning Management System.
12. Ad hoc reports requested by individual learners, leaders, and others.
13. Routine reports for periodic reporting.
14. Training compliance.
15. Support training qualification compliance management.
16. Business Support
17. Ensure the business training needs are identified and addressed:
18. troubleshooting potential training problems.
19. reviewing key gaps/ metrics and coordinating gap closure.
20. Provide general assistance with the scheduling and organising of training courses.
21. Support the business in the determination of need for training initiatives and developing a plan for meeting those needs.
22. Develop and implement training initiatives in alignment with current and anticipated business needs.
23. Track and report site training metrics routinely.
24. Training Processes/ Systems Monitoring
25. Assist with the implementation of new training initiatives which may include process improvement projects and new products introduction etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
26. Hons Degree in relevant discipline ideally.
27. Equivalent education or relevant experience may be considered in lieu.
28. Proficient in MS Office applications and training database administration (Experience with Success Factors, ServiceNow an advantage).
29. Familiarity with cGMPs requirements.
30. Strong interpersonal skills.
31. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
32. Strong organizational skills – ability to handle/prioritise multiple projects and requests.
