Accounts Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced "Accounts Assistant" located in Cork
Responsibilities:
* Supervise Order/Approvals
* Accounts Payable - Invoicing / Supplier Reconciliation's / Payment Runs
* Assisting with preparation of month end accounts.
* Daily /Weekly Reporting
* Accounts Receivable /aged Debtors
* Revenue Recognition
* Bank Reconciliations
* Cash office duties, Reconciliation of cash and credit cards
* General Admin Duties
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in an account's administrator role
* Accounts software experience is desirable
* Knowledge of Procure Wizard (Purchase ordering system) and Hotel Front Office systems desirable but not essential
* Excellent numerical skills
* Strong data entry skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills & Time Management
* Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
