The Role
:
As an Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead professional quantity surveying and construction cost consultancy services.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing contract documents, including bills of quantities and other tender documentation.
2. Act as 'Project QS' on public and private sector projects.
3. Monitoring the project's advancement to ensure it stays within budget and on schedule.
4. Maintain strong team and client relationships.
Requirements:
5. Previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
6. Experience in leading procurement and cost management for both public and private sector projects.
7. Strong Quantity Surveying background in consultancy over contractor setting.
8. BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
9. Registered or eligible for registration under the Building Control Act .
10. Exposure to medium or large QS practices with a focus on Quality Assurance processes and team management.
11. Skilled in Buildsoft Cubit, Cost X, or similar software.
12. Strong communication and IT skills.
13. Chartered with SCSI RICS would be preferred.
14. Valid driving licence.
