Job Description
Exciting new opportunity for a HR Specialist with experience in payroll preparation/reconciliation to join a dynamic organisation based in Cork. This role offers excellent hybrid working conditions.
Key accountabilities include:
1. First point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
2. Support hiring managers with coaching and training
3. Provide monthly reports on HR metrics as required
4. Support training, update employee policies and procedures and employee data as required
5. Deliver wellbeing initiatives and HR projects as required.
6. Lead the payroll process for HR ensuring payroll preparation and reconciliation is accurate at all times
7. Close working relationship with Finance/external third-party payroll processor
Experience required:
8. HR qualified with 3-5 years' experience in a similar HR role
9. Experience in prepping/reconciliation of payroll is mandatory
