HR & Recruitment Administrator - 12 mths Maternity Leave cover
What to expect in the job?
We are currently seeking a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our team for a 12 month maternity leave cover. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy and dynamic HR department, supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the successful onboarding of new employees.
As a HR & Recruitment Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the recruitment system and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all applicants
* Screening and shortlisting applications, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
* Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback
* Assisting with the preparation and execution of recruitment campaigns, both locally and internationally
* Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, including arranging medicals, inductions and issuing contracts
* Ensuring any relevant right to work documentation is in place
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team player, who is motivated to deliver results and provide excellent administration support to our recruitment and wider HR function. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
What we need from you?
* Previous experience in a HR administration or recruitment role is required
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
* Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
* Experience using recruitment software or databases is preferred (Workable)
* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team
* Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
* Previous experience in the food or manufacturing industry is a plus
