As a Customer Assistant you are required to sell alcohol, therefore you must be 18 or over to work in our store. #
For this specific location, availability to work early morning shifts is necessary.
What you'll do
1. Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
2. Maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene standards
3. Ensuring the correct quantity and quality of goods are made available to our customers
4. Following freshness and rotation principles
5. Preparing, baking and displaying bakery products
6. Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
7. Assisting in the stock count process
What you'll need
8. For this specific location, availability to work early morning shifts is necessary
9. A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills

14. Preferably, previous experience working as a Store Assistant, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
What you'll receive
Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl
15. €14.80 per hour rising to €16.90 per hour over 3 years
16. Additional supplements paid depending on the days & hours worked
17. 25% supplement for any unsocial hours worked
18. 50% supplement for any hours worked over 39 hours
19. 50% supplement working on a Sunday
20. 75% supplement working unsocial hours in conjunction with working over 39 hours or on a Sunday
21. 100% supplement working on a bank holiday
22. 20 days holidays per annum pro rata
