Location; Office based position, Clonshaugh, Dublin North (not hybrid)
Salary; Negotiable (€65, - €80,)

Required: ideally trade background with a 3rd level qualification. (Good track record in a similar role in Ireland will also be considered)
Responsibilities:
- Representation of the company
- Co-ordination of all maintenance related activities
- Administration and management of helpdesk support team
- Overall administration of service system
- Managing maintenance works schedule
- Managing re-active works schedule
- Assigning workloads to engineers & general management of same
- Auditing of engineers work
- Liaise with on-site staff and mobile engineers
- Liaise and management of specialist sub-contractors
- Oversee / manage small works projects
- Ordering and procurement of materials and services
- Overseeing service fleet and reviewing of same
- Checking of supplier invoices (where appropriate)
- Assisting office accounts dept with invoices and billing
- Preparation of reports/quotes/site data
- Issuing permits to work and method statements
- Issuing H&S procedures / liaise with H&S personnel
- Attend site meetings /staff meetings
- Develop company profile on-site with client(s)
- Liaise with clients staff / building managers
- Reporting into management on all above mentioned activities as required
- Attending review meetings with clients
- Preparation of technical reports and quotes / proposals
